At M Star Gifts, we take pride in creating personalized products made specially for you. Each order is handled with care and attention to detail. Since our products are custom-made, we follow specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. No Return on Customized Products
All personalized or customized items are made as per your provided photos, names, and details. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed, except in the case of damage or manufacturing defects.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us through email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the production process begins, cancellation is not possible since personalization work starts immediately.
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified once the refund is initiated.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Please make sure to double-check all personalization details (like names, spellings, and photos) before placing the order. We will not be responsible for any mistakes provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Delays
We use trusted delivery partners to ensure timely delivery. However, occasional delays due to courier or weather issues are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds.
